Concierge International Services, Inc., Concierge.com, Metropolitan Services, S.A. and/or Concierge or Aerocasillas agents, affiliates, and brokers (“Concierge”) provide website features when you visit or shop at Concierge.com, use Concierge products or services, use Concierge applications for mobile, or use software provided by Concierge.
Concierge offers a suite of Services (“Concierge Services”) to enable your e-commerce experience in Latin America & the Caribbean. They include our websites, intermediation to buy Products, Transportation and Delivery of orders and shipments to your destination either through (1) an all-inclusive price via Concierge.com (“the Site”), or (2) an address in Miami, Florida, U.S.A (“Miami Address”). Also inclusive in Concierge Services, Concierge offers a suite of unique electronic Systems, Applications and Solutions to offer superior customer experience.
If you use any Concierge Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality or your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Concierge does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you (“Customer”) are under the age of majority, you may use Concierge Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and all Shipments must arrive to the name of a person of age of majority. Concierge does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or on the basis of age of anyone over the age of majority.
When you use our services, our web site, Chat function, or send messages or e-mails to us via electronic platforms or SMS, you are communicating with us electronically on Concierge.
Our communications need your explicit consent in order to fulfill all legal requirements that electronic communictation platforms providers demand, therefore, this is the only way you can agree on receiving notices, disclousers, questions and confirmations, regarding imports and purchases you make.
Concierge complies with all applicable laws to provide Concierge Services both in the United States and in destination countries. To enable that compliance, you agree to provide Concierge with accurate and legal information with respect to your Name, Address, telephone numbers, email, and payment information as applicable. You, the Customer, also agree to:
When using the Miami Address option, you the Customer are solely responsible for payment of any taxes, duties, fees and/or fines levied by customs authorities due to incorrect declaration of value, or penalties by said authorities for any falsification of information or importing prohibited items.
When purchasing through Concierge.com you are directly contracting Concierge Services through Concierge.com, an entity legally constituted under the laws of the United States of America. Concierge.com purchases (“Orders”) are intermediary transactions, and Concierge is not the seller of record.
Concierge reserves the right to cancel any Order at their sole discretion. Any cancelled Order is refunded via the payment option used for the Order, or in some Concierge countries by local payment. Order cancellations will be notified via e-mail.
When your order is received, our Customer Service may require additional information or documents to confirm your identity, address, and payment method. Requested documents can include picture of Government issued IDs and Credit Cards (last 4 digits visible). In case you do not reply to our request, Concierge reserves the right to cancel the order.
Concierge.com places limits and restrictions on certain kinds of Orders. Items on the Restricted Items list cannot by ordered. Certain websites also cannot receive Orders. The list of websites is subject to change at the sole discretion of Concierge. Concierge.com cannot finalize Orders that are subsidized by another entity, or require a subscription to receive the posted price. Concierge.com does not purchase any digital or downloadable item, including but not limited to, music, audio or e-books, subscriptions or video games; nor, purchase anything via digital code.
Quoted Order Pricing is valid for 48 hours only. After the 48-hour window, Orders must be re-quoted to be valid for purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to specify all physical and technical characteristics on items requested via the Quoting Tool service provided by Concierge.
All quoted orders are calculated in U.S. Dollars and may be displayed in local currency. All charges are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. If a payment requires a currency conversion, the exchange rate will be determined at the time Concierge.com processes the payment and completes the transaction.
Concierge.com reserve the right, with or without prior notice to do one or more of the following: (1) discontinue or limit the availability of any product or service, (2) set guidelines for compliance of any coupon, code, promotional code or similar promotions, (3) prevent users from making or completing any and all transactions, (4) refuse to provide a product or service to any user, and (5) if Concierge.com successfully purchases a Quoted Order for less than Customer was able to find, Concierge receives the benefit of that difference in price for the same item.

For Concierge.com to recognize an Order means that a request has been received; however, it does not mean that the request has been accepted or dispatched, or that the price or availability of product has been confirmed. Concierge.com makes a reasonable effort to accurately describe and display products and services on our Website. Despite our best efforts, market conditions exist that are beyond our control including erroneous supplier pricing and descriptions, out-of-stock or back-ordered merchandise, delays in updating websites, product feeds, special offers, promotions and advertisements from other websites. Therefore, we cannot guarantee, nor do we guarantee, the accuracy or integrity of this information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability and services. Concierge reserves the right to change or update information and correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Each Concierge tracking number represents an individual package (“Shipment”), even if the shipment contains multiple articles and/or documents. Each individual piece of a multiple piece shipment with a unique Concierge tracking number will be treated as an individual Shipment and charged accordingly to the Concierge Service Tariff.
Concierge reserves the right to refuse receipt of Shipments, if it determines tampering, opening or damage prior to arrival. Concierge offers a per-Shipment service and does not offer Consolidation Service whereby multiple Shipments are combined into a single Shipment. Concierge does not transport cash, drugs, or other prohibited items and is obligated to report these transgressions to corresponding governmental authorities. In order to avoid service delays, Concierge reserves the right to assign a given market value to all non-prealerted items lacking product value documentation upon inspection at our Miami operations center. When the value declared by the customer is lower than the product's market value, and this, in turn, causes a reassesment by the local customs inspector, Concierge may transfer the difference of the adjustment and any fines incurred in due to the customer's faulty statement. Shipments may be held at the Miami Address for up to sixty (60) days due to, but not limited to outstanding Account balance, lack of payment, additional processing for export preparation, or arrival of Shipments with incorrect or incomplete name, address and/or customer request. Concierge reserves the right to destroy and dispose at their sole discretion of any Shipments that are unclaimed and/or held for more than sixty (60) days from arrival at the Miami Address, or the destination country Concierge operating facility. Concierge transports Shipments from the Miami Address to its final destination including customs handling and last mile delivery. These services are charged per the pricing table published at Concierge.com.
Concierge is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agent (“CMRA”) for the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) and is required to comply with all associated USPS rules and regulations. Please be aware that not all correspondence (“Mail”) is duty-free. Customs duties can be levied on certain types of Mail such as, but not limited to, magazines, promotional material and books. Customer is responsible for payment of all transportation costs and levied Duties & Taxes.
Concierge identifies Junk Mail as prepaid sponsored postage correspondence delivered by the USPS, including items such as free catalogs and unsolicited promotion material. Concierge will credit your Account for Junk Mail based on weight. Customer must return Junk Mail for proper credit.
Concierge maintains current pricing tables available to customers at http://Concierge.com/site/en/getit-rates. Concierge reserves the right to modify rates when deemed necessary without prior notice in accordance with market conditions and supplier pricing. Purchases completed through Concierge.com are not liable for payment of Duties & Taxes, as all applicable charges are included in the all-inclusive price of the Order. Shipments that arrive at the Miami Address are subject to additional charges, for which you the Customer are solely responsible, which may include transport to destination country, customs clearance and Duties & Taxes as determined by local Customs authorities. Concierge conducts all necessary steps to clear customs without previous authorization from Customers for Shipments with a total value including product cost, insurance and freight, commonly referred to as CIF Value, of under $1,000. If the shipment exceeds this amount, Concierge requires authorization and payment from the Customer before clearing customs. Concierge submits and processes all requirements regarding permits, permissions and tax exemptions according to legislation in destination country. Concierge is not responsible for any additional charges levied by a financial institution or payment platform selected by the Customer to purchase Concierge services. This includes, but is not limited to, interest charged by credit cards on Orders placed through Concierge.com or any fees or charges applied by the payment platform for international transactions or currency conversion via Concierge.com, My Account or other retailers. PriceSmart Members Concierge.com offers PriceSmart membership holders the option to link their memberships to an Concierge.com account in order to access special reduced prices when shopping on the Concierge.com online marketplace. If a PriceSmart member does not own an Concierge.com account, they may sign up for one in order to take advantage of the benefit. To take advantage of this benefit, PriceSmart members must: - Hold and own a valid and active PriceSmart membership. - Hold and own a valid Concierge.com account. - Link their PriceSmart membership to their Concierge.com account. Once a membership and account are linked, PriceSmart members will have permanent access to exclusive prices when logged in to their Concierge.com account on the site. Only membership owners can link their PriceSmart membership to an Concierge.com account. A membership can only be linked to one Concierge.com account. To update membership information, the customer can access their Concierge My Account profile to adjust settings accordingly. From time to time Concierge may offer coupons and promotions. Each coupon or promotion may have additional terms and conditions specific to that coupon or promotion. Coupons may only be used be used during the corresponding promotional period (“Promotional Period”) and applied only to products found in Concierge.com, except for products restricted by local authorities, that require a special Customs clearance permit. Promotions are valid only in combination with the payment methods available in your country. Customers may only take advantage of coupons or promotions through one account. Multiple use of single coupons or promotions by a Customer, either through duplication of Orders or Accounts, will be cancelled immediately. Coupons and promotions may not be applied in combination with other promotional credits or coupons; coupons are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-exchangeable for cash or goods or services, and will be only applied to one Account on behalf of the Customer. Concierge may immediately suspend any coupon/promotion, without incurring any liability, were there are fraudulent actions detected. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, alterations, substitutions, improper redemptions or any other irregularity that occur during the take place during the Promotional Period. If, by chance or force of nature, Concierge temporarily or permanently suspends a coupon and/or promotion, Concierge will only be responsible for adequately communicating the circumstances, and you the Customer or any other participants will be unable to claim any damage or detriment up to that point. You the Customer accept and acknowledge that Concierge is not responsible and cannot be held liable for cancelled promotions or cancelled Orders resulting from fraudulent or illegal activities associated and agree by acceptance of these Terms and Conditions to hold Concierge harmless.

Concierge offers the service called Return Guarantee, where the Customer, through our company, do an import process for purchases abroad and have the mechanism called Return Merchandise Authorization, from now on referred to as RMA and issued by its Vendor abroad. The Return Guarantee service covers the reimbursement of the payment made by the Customer, for transportation, customs handling and import taxes.
The RETURN GUARANTEE is valid in all Concierge delivery areas except for Venezuela, due to exchange rate controls. Our RETURN GUARANTEE covers up to USD $ 10,000.00 (declared value) per claim or item, whichever is greater.
